Eggless pancakes🥞

This recipe is for those who don't prefer eggs. Pancakes are generally flat, round and thin cake. It is one of the most earliest and widespread cereal food. Its shape and size vary worldwide. It can be of many types also e.g. banana pancake, potato pancake etc. The most interesting part is that one can experiment with its fillings and toppings as per choice. Variety of options are there.  

Ingredients:
🔸️2 cups all purpose flour
🔸️3 tbsp powdered sugar (take as per your taste)
🔸️1 tsp baking powder
🔸️4 tbsp melted butter
🔸️1 & 1/2 cups milk
🔸️Oil or butter for frying 
🔸️Honey & dry fruits for layering and topping.
You can replace honey with milkmaid also.


Recipe:
▪️In a mixing bowl take all the dry ingredients and mix well.
▪️Add melted butter and whisk.
▪️Add milk and whisk till you get a smooth, lumps free batter.
▪️Add some chopped dry fruits into the batter and mix. 
▪️Batter should be of pouring consistency. ▪️Oil brush the hot tawa. Pour the batter and spread. Wait for 2 minutes and flip over and fry another side till it becomes golden brown. 
▪️For layering take one pancake on a plate. Spread honey and crushed dry fruits on top. Then place another one over it. Repeat the process.
