Parenting Done Right : Do Not Let Depression Win

As a well known proverb says, "Morning shows the day", whatever you pour on your little one during their childhood, will become parts of his or her mental and physical growth in future. They are the blooming buds. They will choose to act accordingly in their adulthood as they have had perceived in their childhood. So its important to be responsible and sensible parents. As parents ofcourse we wish the best for our kids but sometimes unknowingly we lack the means of providing so. Today's youth fail to control their unchecked emotions often in conflicting situations and out of depression push the life to an end. This is not desirable and acceptable at any cost. They need to understand that life is bigger and beautiful than anything else. Here are some of my observations, (which itself is a continuous process and will continue to be so), perceived as a daughter and as well as a mother. 1️⃣Healthy sleeping and eating habits:  Encourage proper sleeping habits and healthy diet

Breastfeeding Don't & Do's

Breast milk contains all the prime nutrients, which are required for an overall growth and brain development of a newborn baby. It’s advised to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months of age, and to continue till the 2 years of age (unless otherwise medical condition is there).       In my case I was blessed enough to breastfeed my baby exclusively for first 6 months of his life and still continuing by God's grace. But often new mothers get anxious about whether they are doing it properly or not, whether baby is getting enough milk or not. I also faced the same at starting. Then during the course I realized something which I am sharing here. ✅Remember✅ ❤If your baby is healthy and growing well you’re doing fine mommy. ❤For your baby, nobody in this world can do better than you. ❤Be confident and stop being guilty for almost everything.  ❤Your body has already gone through a lot. First you take care of yourself. Rest will automatically be done. Don't forget to che

Motherhood Redefined

Mothers are the creators. Motherhood is the highest state of living any woman can ever have. It's a blessing. Positive attitudes and will powers mixed with healthy adjustments and sacrifices may result into healthy and productive living. Only a little bit of understanding and modification is needed. 🦋Let happiness and peace (not perfection) be the ultimate goal in life. This is important. 🦋If you are sacrificing something because of motherhood, just pause for a while and look out, you may be blessed with loads of other options. Think and explore those. Parenting Done Right : Spending Quality TIME

Image
Since childhood me and my brother have always experienced healthy bondings with our family. I still can remember those Sunday morning chitchats, diwali preparations, durga puja celebrations, having dinner, watching cricket on TV, reading story books at bed time together, outing with family. Those are the moments to be cherished forever. Me and my brother are fortunate enough to have the attachment of Grandparents which are too valuable for future life. Here I'm sharing some impacts of spending quality time with your children and how these can be done.  Self confidence-  When children spend time with their parents, they feel valued, positive and confident about themselves. You don't need to be fancy or expensive for this. Just make sure to spend quality time with them. ▪️Play indoor or outdoor games together. ▪️Do gardening.  ▪️Read story books together at bedtime.  ▪️Go for morning walk or evening walk. ▪️Show interests in their hobbies.  ▪️Surprise them by l
